Palak
Pakoda is a delicious, crispy snack prepared with Spinach (Palak) leaves. It is
very nice tea time snack during mansoon season. In this recipe I used whole
Palak leaves for making Pakodas. Try this recipe and enjoy with tea.

In a bowl mix together besan, rice flour, chili powder and salt and make a
medium thick batter using water. I used ¾ cup water.

Once oil is hot, take one palak leaf and dip it
into the batter. Slide the batter coated leaf in the hot oil.

Once fried from one side , flip it and fry from
another side. Allow the leaf to make crispy from both sides.
