Eggs – 7

Onion - 1
·
Chili powder – 3 table spoon
·
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
·
Oil – 5 table spoon
For preparation of masala
·
Onion – 1
·
Tomato – 1
·
Coconut – 1 cup
·
Coriander
leaves (धानिया )
·
Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon ( अदरक लसूण पेस्ट )
·
Coriander seeds – 1 table spoon (धनिया पाउडर )
·
Cumin seeds – ½ table spoon ( जीरा पाउडर )
·
Sesame seed- 1 table spoon (तील )
·
Kali mirch – 4
·
Lavang – 2
·
Kashmir mirchi- 1
METHOD
1)
Out of 7 eggs boil 6 eggs and 1 use for binding
curry.
2)
Heat pan and saute coriander seeds, cumin seeds,
black pepper, lavang, sesame seeds and kashmiri mirch. Remove these spices, then saute onion

Ground together all spices, onion, tomato,
coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and coconut using water.
4)
In a pan heat oil . add cumin seed, then chopped
onion and saute it. Then add grounded masala, chili powder, salt , turmeric
powder and mix well
5 ) cook the masala well. Then add 5 to 6 cup
water to make curry. In this curry add 1 bitted egg. Stir the curry by adding bitted
egg.
