INGREDIENT

Potato – 5 (about ½ Kg) (बटाटा )

Onion – 1 (कांदे )
·
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon (हल्दी )
·
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon (जीरे )
·
Chili powder – 3 table spoons (मिर्ची पाउडर)
·
Salt as per taste
·
Oil – 3 table spoon

1)
First wash and cut the potatoes in round shape.
Put the potato pieces into water

Heat oil in pan and add cumin seed, then add chopped onion and saute it.

When potato becomes translucent then add chopped
potatoes, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Mix well.
4)
Place the lid on the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes add one cup water and allow to cook potatoes by placing the
lid.
Our Potato sabzi is ready to serve.
Serve BATATA BHAJI / POTATO SABZI / ALU KI SABZI with Chapati / Bhakri /Rice.
