Ingredients for chapati recipe are as fallows,
Ingredients

Wheat flour – 2 cups
·
Salt – ½ tea spoon
·
Oil – 1 table spoon for making dough
·
Water
Lets see the method of how to make soft chapati.
METHOD
1)
Take wheat flour(atta) in a wide bowl or big
plate.
2)
Add salt and oil into it. Mix well with wheat
flour
3)
Take water and add in small quantity and try to
make soft dough. Don’t add whole water at one time. Add according to
requirement.
4)
Knead the dough well for 4 to 5 minutes and keep
aside for about 30 minutes.
5)
After 30 minutes take dough and knead it again
applying oil on hands.
6)
Make medium size ball of dough and dust some wheat
flour.
7)
Roll the ball and make triangle shape by folding
and applying oil .
8)
Then again dust the triangle and roll it to make
a big circle chapatti.
9)
Heat non-stick pan and put the chapatti on it.
Sprinkle or brush some oil on chapati and flip the chapatti.
10)
Cook the chapati from other side on medium
flame. Like this make all chapaties.

Note
1)
Don’t add all water at one time. Add water in
small quantities.
2)
Don’t forget to add oil while kneading the dough
oil makes soft chapatti.
