This is very tasty recipe. In this
recipe I used easily available
ingredients in kichen.
INGREDIENTS

Chicken – ½ Kg (500 gm)
·
Yogurt (Dahi) – 5 table spoon
·
Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon
·
Chicken masala – 1 table spoon
·
Chilli powder – 2 table spoon
·
Salt as per taste
·
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
·
Gram flour (besan) – 3 table spoon
·
Rice flour – 1 table spoon
·
Oil for frying

Wash the chicken pieces and marinate with
yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chicken masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix
the chicken pieces with these all things well and keep aside for about 1 hour
in refrigerater.
2)
After 1 hour pour the oil into kadhai and heat
it for frying the chicken.
3)
Add gram flour and rice flour into marinated
chicken and mix well.
4)
Drop some chicken pieces in heated oil and fry
on high flame and after some time on medium flame.
5)
Fry the chicken till it changes to golden brown
colour.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
